Hale Village 5 - Transfer Form - 20th April 2025

Complete the form below as fully as possible please. Transfer deadline is 6pm on Friday 18 April 2025. After that date you will be able to transfer on the day.
It is up to you to obtain the original race pack from the original entrant!! Any payment in respect of entry fees must be made between new and old entrant. No refunds can be issued from the race.
Please read these notes carefully before you submit your entry! After you click "Send it!" at the bottom of the page, you will go to a verification page where you should check your details. Once you are happy that your information is correct, you can submit your entry.
There may be no email confirmation, depending on how many transfers I have to handle.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WON'T GET A NEW NUMBER! YOU NEED TO GET THE RACE PACK FROM THE ORIGINAL ENTRANT - IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THIS.
REPLACEMENT NUMBERS (IF ANY ARE AVAILABLE) WILL COST YOU AN ADDITIONAL £5.
You will need to ascertain the allocated race number by checking the race pack - it's on the address label on the front or, of course, the number is inside - this is important to speed up your transfer request!
